Sr. Coupa Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Coupa Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst Location: São Paulo, Brazil – Hybrid/Remote Flexibility Type of Contract: Contract through August 31, 2027 Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: Portuguese and English – Fluent proficiency required Our client is seeking a skilled Sr. Coupa Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on Coupa P2P and Sourcing implementation experience, including Brazil localization and tax requirements. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Coupa solutions while supporting integrations with SAP or JDE. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of their indirect procurement operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Coupa P2P implementation activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Configure Coupa modules, workflows, approval processes, and business rules to align with procurement requirements. • Support Brazil-specific Coupa localization, including applicable tax, regulatory, and invoicing requirements. • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions, workshops, requirements analysis, and solution design. • Design and support integrations between Coupa and ERP platforms such as SAP or JDE. • Analyze and optimize indirect procurement processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and user adoption. • Support testing, training, deployment, and transition activities throughout the implementation. Must-Have Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P and Sourcing implementations. • Proven experience implementing and supporting Coupa solutions in Brazil, including tax and regulatory localization requirements. • Hands-on expertise with Coupa configuration, workflows, approval processes, and integrations. • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle Coupa P2P implementations from design and build through testing and deployment. • Strong understanding of indirect procurement processes and Procure-to-Pay operations. • Experience integrating Coupa with SAP and/or JDE. • Fluent Portuguese and English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications • Coupa certification in P2P or Sourcing. • Experience working with large-scale enterprise procurement transformation initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills. Additional Details • The initial contract runs through August 31, 2027. • The role requires onsite participation in São Paulo during key project phases such as discovery, workshops, training, and other activities where in-person collaboration is needed. Remote work may be available during later build and implementation phases based on project needs and stakeholder confidence. • The client provides the necessary equipment for the consultant. • Candidates must successfully complete an extensive background check.
