Role Function and Purpose: As part of an agile team, you will contribute to advancing core international payment processing systems and bringing forex and e-commerce software to the forefront of technical innovation. You will prototype, design, review, maintain, and test code for production environments while transforming business requirements into technical solutions. Role Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical questions. • Break down tasks to align with deadlines and business goals. • Develop and maintain robust, scalable code to support innovative features. • Follow best practices (e.g., Agile, clean code, unit tests, continuous integration) and adapt them to evolving environments. • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and QA teams. • Build and sustain code for both front-end and back-end systems. • Ensure a high standard of code quality. Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Proficiency in .NET design and development for desktop and web applications. • Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Familiarity with React and related technologies. • Expertise in MS SQL Server and relational database design. • Experience with unit testing and related methodologies. • Nice-to-have: Experience with external vendor integrations. • Proficiency in creating and consuming HTTP-based web APIs. • Experience in the financial industry, payments, foreign exchange, or fintech is a plus.
