Full Stack Software Developer

A public sector client is seeking Senior Full Stack Software Developers to support a large-scale digital modernization initiative. The role focuses on modernizing legacy applications, building scalable web solutions, and developing secure cloud-based services. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular/AngularJS, and JavaScript. • Develop and integrate secure REST APIs using JWT/OAuth2. • Modernize legacy .NET Framework, WCF, Windows Services, and Windows Forms applications. • Build responsive Angular-based web applications and support AngularJS-to-Angular migrations. • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, indexing, and performance. • Develop and support Microsoft Azure services including App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, and monitoring. • Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated deployments, and release management. • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance. • Participate in code reviews and ensure secure, maintainable, and high-quality development. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders. • Contribute to application modernization and migration toward modern Azure-based platforms. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Framework. • Strong experience with REST API development, authentication, authorization, JWT, and OAuth2. • Strong Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET MVC experience. • Strong T-SQL and SQL Server development and performance-tuning experience. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services. • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub and/or Azure Repos. • Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, scalability, and performance optimization. • Experience with troubleshooting tools such as KQL, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, IIS, application logs, and monitoring tools. • Experience modernizing legacy applications and working with WCF/Web Services, Windows Services, Windows Forms, and IIS. • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and secure development practices.
