This role will focus on working within a team specializing in mid to large-scale projects and will represent, support and deliver to clients in various types and sizes. You will use several facets of engineering, construction and project management. As a Buildings Engineering Project Manager variety is key as every day is different from the next. We are looking for a sociable person, a builder of interpersonal relationships, who has the ability to adapt to environments that can change direction quickly.  Key responsibilities • Acting and taking on responsibility of projects in a role as Project Manager, Design Manager or Work Package Manager. Act as liaison to ensure open lines of communication. • Carrying out multidisciplinary coordination and follow-up with our clients in the delivery of mid to large-scale projects • Lead and support multi disciplinary proposals and other business development activities • Identifying and monitoring issues that may affect budgets and timelines within established milestones • Managing clients/consultants/contractors/suppliers and responding to technical inquiries • Managing the process of calls for tenders, awarding and negotiation of construction and professional services contracts; • Assembling, managing and delivering construction contracts and professional scopes of work • Managing overall project management activities, including Contract Administration, Cost, Scheduling, Procurement, Permitting, etc.
