Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage people/resource allocation • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed successfully. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Foster effective communication and collaboration among different teams, including Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations. • Build strong relationships to drive collective success and deliver integrated solutions. • Data-Driven Decision Making: • Leverage data and analytical insights to inform project decisions and measure project change success. • Utilize relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and make data-driven improvements.
