With decades of experience in the local market, the business has built lasting relationships with its clients and community. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team and work directly alongside a highly regarded Lead Agent. About the Role We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to provide day-to-day support across a busy residential sales portfolio. You’ll play an important role in keeping listings, campaigns, client communication and sales administration running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing listing documents, proposals, contracts and correspondence • Coordinating new property listings and marketing campaigns • Managing photography, floorplans, signage and advertising • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers • Managing the Lead Agent’s diary, appointments and follow-ups • Maintaining CRM and database records • Supporting appraisals and comparative market information • Coordinating open homes and inspections • Managing buyer enquiries and follow-up • Supporting contracts through to settlement • Preparing sales reports and campaign updates • Providing general administrative support About You You’ll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You may come from a background in: • Sales Administration • Sales Support • Personal Assistance • Administration • Real Estate Administration • Customer Service Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your ability to stay organised, communicate confidently and take ownership of your work. You’ll also bring: • Strong administration and organisational skills • Excellent communication skills • High attention to detail • Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders • Ability to manage competing priorities • A proactive and positive attitude • Experience with CRM or property systems is advantageous • QLD real estate registration/certificate is advantageous What’s on Offer • $55K–$80K + super, depending on experience • Ashgrove location • Work closely with an established Lead Agent • Varied role with genuine responsibility • Supportive, family-oriented environment • Opportunity to build your career in residential real estate Interested?
