Sales Personal Assistant

About the role: Step into a pivotal support role within a high-performing sales team. You will operate as the engine behind a leading agent and their associate, ensuring every campaign is executed flawlessly from appraisal to settlement. • Prepare appraisal packs and draft agency agreements • Coordinate marketing, styling and attend photoshoots • Order contracts and manage exchange to settlement process • Act as a point of contact for vendors throughout the sale • Maintain sales file compliance • Book auctioneers and schedule open times • Manage a team of two, attend sales meetings About the company: A well-established, award-winning agency with a reputation for excellence in its market.
