About our Project Management Craft Our Project Management Craft leads delivery excellence across integrated marketing, digital, and omnichannel programs. We partner closely with clients and internal teams to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle. PMs champion collaboration, process discipline, operational rigor, and a people-first mindset to ensure both project success and strong client relationships. Job Description As a Senior Project Manager, this role leads complex, multi-channel delivery across several concurrent initiatives. It balances strategic execution, financial stewardship, and strong partnership-building to ensure work is delivered with clarity, quality, and confidence. The Senior PM brings thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to supporting both teams and clients. What You’ll Do: • Lead project delivery across multiple initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality. • Oversee $1.75M–$3M in revenue across AOR/DAOR and multi-channel digital work. • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, fostering trusted and transparent partnerships. • Lead financial processes including estimates, SOWs, reconciliations, and profitability tracking. • Coach and support PMs and Coordinators while driving continuous improvement in delivery practices. Qualifications Required: • Minimum 4+ years of agency project management experience across multi-channel marketing and digital delivery. • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with accountability for outcomes. • Strong financial acumen including forecasting, reporting, and budget ownership. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring team members and driving accountability. • Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies; SCRUM experience is an asset. • Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project, Excel, and financial tracking platforms. Desired: • Experience in regulated industries or health-related environments. • Ability to integrate AI tools into planning, delivery workflows, and quality assurance. • Comfort navigating evolving delivery models and operational processes. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks and resolve delivery challenges. • Experience supporting staffing discussions and navigating resource constraints. • Interest in contributing to process improvements and craft development initiatives. Additional Information This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $90,000 - $110,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
