This is a design-led role. Your craft is the core of it: information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity execution, and a design system you help sharpen. What makes it different from a classic product design job is how you work.

You use AI to prototype in code, so your concepts arrive as working things people can click — not static screens waiting for interpretation. That shortens the distance between an idea and a decision, and it means your prototypes often become the spec.

You'll work directly with a small, senior engineering team and report to leadership. Few handoffs, short feedback loops, visible impact.

Responsibilities

Own the UX quality of your area — from IA and flows through to pixel-level execution. Run discovery end to end: talk to customers, read the data, decide what's worth building. Prototype fast with AI
