Collaborate with developers throughout implementation to ensure high-quality execution and consistency. Contribute to the evolution of the company’s Design System and help maintain scalable design standards. Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and turn insights into product improvements.

Participate in research activities including interviews, synthesis, and discovery initiatives. Identify opportunities beyond assigned tickets and proactively contribute to product strategy and user experience improvements.

What they’re looking for 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design within B2B SaaS environments. Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, interaction design, and user-centered thinking. Ability to quickly map user flows, build prototypes, and communicate design decisions clearly.
