Techno Functional Project Manager

Purpose: We are looking for a Tech Functional Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and strong execution to our technology initiatives. With SaaS-led ecosystems becoming core, this role will work closely with the Head of ERP & Infra and CIO to drive projects across ERP, e-commerce, integrations, and security. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end project governance across ERP, e-commerce, IT systems, and cybersecurity initiatives. - Act as a bridge between business, tech teams, and external partners/vendors. - Lead ERP implementation planning, readiness, and execution support. - Manage IT ticketing systems rollout and other value-added solution onboarding to user adoption and process optimization. - Oversee e-commerce platform implementation and ecosystem integrations. - Drive integration of modern AI-based tools (custom & ready solutions) across business use cases. - Ensure the right balance between build vs. ready-to-use (SaaS) solutions. - Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality. - Run structured reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication. - Maintain strong documentation, MOMs, and governance discipline. Must Have Experience: - Proven experience in ERP implementation projects. - Hands-on exposure to modern retail & e-commerce ecosystems. - Experience in integrating SaaS platforms and third-party systems. - Exposure to AI-based tools/solutions implementation (custom or ready platforms). - Experience with technology value-added system implementation & adoptions. - Basic exposure to cybersecurity projects or governance frameworks. Preferred Experience: - Experience in luxury or premium retail technology environments. - Consulting experience in retail/e-commerce digital transformation projects. - Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Magento, Zoho, or similar ecosystems. - Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments. Core Skills: - Strong techno-functional understanding of complex tech rollouts. - Ability to balance build vs. buy decisions practically. - Excellent stakeholder management (internal & external). - Strong communication skills, especially with senior leadership. - Ability to drive closure, not just coordination. - Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Experience: 8 - 12 years (flexible for the right candidate with strong retail-tech exposure).
