We're looking for a Software/Robotics Engineer to join a project building a full robotics stack for an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), working directly on-site with our client in Munich .

This isn't a purely remote software role, we're seeking for someone comfortable across the full spectrum of robotics development: simulation, navigation, localization, behaviors, and tooling, while also getting hands-on with the physical robot in the field.

You'll work closely with the client's fleet manager, and depending on how the project evolves.

Your role and responsibilities: Contribute to the development of a full robotics stack, covering simulation, navigation, localization, robot behaviors, and internal tooling Perform testing and tuning of complex navigation systems directly on the AGV, on-site Work together with the client's fleet manager on the robot's perception stack Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and embedded electronics issues on the robot in real time Potential to manage a team and its resources as the project scales Participate in the design and implementation of solutions for challenging customer and R&D problems Travel for 1–2 week periods for on-site deployments when required Pass on your passion for technology and professionalis
