This position offers the opportunity to manage challenging and high-profile work while collaborating with experienced teams in a safety-focused, results-driven environment The successful candidate will oversee complex construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive project performance from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate internal teams, trade partners, suppliers, consultants, and clients to support project objectives. + Maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and profitability targets.

+ Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement across all project activities. + Develop and implement project execution strategies, work plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

+ Review project performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. + Manage contract administration activities, including subcontract agreements, change management processes, and commercial negotiations.

+ Provide overall leadership for assigned construction projects, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through completion. + Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, schedule impacts, and operational challenges. + Preform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

+ Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. + Professional designation, registration, or eligibility for registration with a recognized engineering or technical association.

+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience within construction, infrastructure, or related environments. + Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

+ Demonstrated success managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and commercial performance. + Valid driver's license. + Proficiency with project scheduling tools, Microsoft Office applications, and project management software platforms.
