For a Product Manager, this is an opportunity to build AI-native products for global enterprises on top of deep proprietary data and intelligence that is difficult to replicate, with significant ownership and the ability to move quickly from idea to production. About the Role : We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI to own a meaningful product area end-to-end - from identifying the right customer problems and defining product strategy to building, launching, measuring and scaling the product. This is a hands-on product role with direct customer access, high ownership and close collaboration with engineering, design, data and AI teams. You will have the opportunity to build AI-native products from the ground up, not simply add AI features to existing workflows. We are looking for someone who is first a strong Product Manager - with the product judgment, customer obsession and technical grounding required to build great AI products. What You'll Own : - Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes for your product area. - Develop a deep understanding of enterprise users, their workflows and the problems worth solving. - Work directly with customers to discover problems, validate hypotheses and test solutions. - Translate complex business problems into simple, intuitive product experiences. - Build AI-native experiences using LLMs, AI agents, search, recommendations and intelligent automation. - Decide where AI creates meaningful customer value - and where a simpler solution works better. - Work with engineering, design and data teams from discovery through production. - Use modern AI tools to rapidly prototype, experiment and validate ideas. - Define product metrics, telemetry and AI evaluation frameworks. - Make practical trade-offs across quality, reliability, latency, cost and user experience. - Own both 0 - 1 product creation and 1 - 10 scaling and adoption. Outcomes You'll Drive : You will be accountable for customer, product and business outcomes - not just roadmap delivery. - Build products customers consistently use, trust and act on. - Drive measurable improvements in adoption, engagement and customer value. - Reduce friction and time-to-value in complex enterprise workflows. - Improve AI accuracy, grounding, reliability and user trust through structured evaluation and feedback loops. - Translate product adoption into measurable business impact. What We're Looking For: - 5 - 10 years of Product Management experience building technology products. - Experience owning a meaningful product or problem area end-to-end. - Demonstrated experience taking at least one AI/ML or GenAI-powered product from problem definition through production and adoption. - Strong product judgment, customer discovery and problem-solving skills. - Practical understanding of modern AI capabilities, limitations and failure modes. - Ability to reason about trade-offs across model quality, hallucination, grounding, latency, reliability, cost and user experience. - Strong analytical thinking and comfort using quantitative and qualitative evidence. - Ability to work deeply with engineering, design and data teams. - High ownership, curiosity, speed and bias for action. Good to Have : Experience building SaaS, enterprise software, data, intelligence or workflow products, with exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI agents, recommendations, search or conversational AI.
