Product Owner/Product Manager - AI/ML

Responsibilities : - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered features and platforms. - Translate customer and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-groomed backlog. - Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship ML/AI capabilities. - Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, driving Agile/Scrum delivery end to end. - Define success metrics and track product and model performance to inform iteration. - Champion responsible AI data quality, fairness, transparency, and appropriate human oversight. - Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders, leadership, and clients. - Conduct discovery, user research, and competitive analysis to validate direction and priorities. Requirements : - 7+ years of product management / product ownership experience, including shipping software products end-to-end. - AI/ML product experience managing products built on machine learning, data, or LLM/GenAI capabilities. - Owned product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-groomed backlog. - Owned Agile/Scrum delivery end-to-end sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups. - Strong command of Scrum/Agile, backlog management, and prioritisation frameworks. - Data fluency comfortable defining metrics, reading analytics, and reasoning about model behaviour and limitations. - Discovery mindset user research, problem framing, competitive analysis, and turning ambiguity into a clear plan. - Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and product/roadmapping tools. - Excellent stakeholder management able to align business, engineering, and clients, and communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to leadership.
