About the role As a Senior Project Manager in the Professional Services Excellence team, you turn our most important priorities into well-structured, well-run initiatives that improve how PS works, collaborates, and delivers. You bring clarity, ownership, and strong execution discipline to complex problems, helping PS move from intention to reality and making sure improvements land across regions and teams. This is an execution and strategy role, not a coordination one. You shape direction as much as you drive it: pressure-testing which initiatives matter, framing the problem, and then owning delivery end to end. You connect strategy to action by creating structure where it is missing, driving alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring new ways of working are adopted, not just launched. This is also a founding role on a new team, so you will help shape how the function operates and where it focuses first, not step into a fixed playbook. Your scope is global.
