: Project Manager – RPA & AI Delivery Department Project Management Office (PMO) Reporting To Head – PMO Experience 4 - 6 Years Employment Type Full-Time Job Location Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation projects for our global customers.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Exposure to RPA, AI, Intelligent Automation, or enterprise application implementation projects will be a strong advantage.

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and customers while adhering to the organization's PMO governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure. Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery risks and issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards. Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution. Conduct project kick-off meetings, status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive presentations. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Handle project escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution. Governance & Reporting
