About the Role: The Senior Associate CEOs Office is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. You will work directly with the CEO, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. What Youll Do: - Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions. - Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects. - Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions. - Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. - Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution. - Support the CEO in board, investor, and leadership communication but with focus on insight and action, not just decks. - Be the connective tissue between strategy and execution ensuring priorities move from idea plan outcome.
