Sales and Marketing manager

Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day logistics and freight forwarding operations. Handle Import/Export, Air & Sea Freight and transportation activities. Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA and vendors. Manage customer relationships and resolve shipment-related issues. Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing clients. Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close business. Monitor shipment costs, revenue and profitability. Lead and manage the sales/operations team. Ensure timely documentation, shipment movement and delivery. Maintain MIS and operational reports. Ensure compliance with customs and freight-forwarding procedures. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 5–10 years of relevant experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding. Strong knowledge of Import & Export, Air/Sea Freight and Customs Clearance. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Office. Preferred: Candidates with experience in Freight Forwarding + Sales/Operations + Customs/CHA will be preferred. Skills:- Team Management
