As an Enterprise Project Manager based in one of main capital city locations, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of medium to large and complex customer projects across telecommunications, network transformation and SD-WAN environments. Acting as the primary delivery lead, you'll partner closely with customers, technical specialists, operational teams and vendors to deliver successful outcomes that meet scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives. This is a high-impact role focused on driving exceptional customer experiences while ensuring strong governance, proactive stakeholder engagement and successful project execution from initiation through to operational handover and closure. What Success Looks Like • Projects delivered safely, successfully and in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget and customer expectations. • Strong governance, accurate reporting and effective stakeholder engagement across all project phases. • Proactive management of project risks, issues and dependencies. • Successful transition of services into operational support with appropriate documentation and handover. • High levels of customer satisfaction and confidence throughout project delivery. • Effective financial management, forecasting and commercial oversight. • Continuous improvement through lessons learned, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practice delivery methodologies. What You'll Bring Essential • Proven experience delivering medium to large or complex customer-facing projects within telecommunications, technology, network services or similar environments. • Strong understanding of project delivery disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, governance, risk, issue, dependency and change management. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivery outcomes. • Highly developed stakeholder management skills with experience engaging technical, operational, commercial and executive audiences. • Strong written communication, reporting and project documentation capabilities. • Sound commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, cost management and commercial impact assessment. • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and escalation management skills. • Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and take accountability for project outcomes. • Proficiency across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project and contemporary project delivery tools. • Project Management qualification or equivalent professional experience. Desirable • Experience delivering WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity, voice, fibre, security or managed network solutions. • Experience leading customer migrations, service transitions and complex cutover activities. • Exposure to enterprise, government, healthcare, mining or other large-scale customer environments. • Knowledge of IT service management and operational handover practices. • Experience with enterprise delivery, CRM, financial or service management platforms. • Familiarity with leading SD-WAN and SASE technologies, including Fortinet, Cisco Meraki or similar platforms. What We Offer Working at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
