About the team The Billing Collections team builds the systems that turn invoices into successful, dependable revenue outcomes. The team develops the foundational capabilities that help businesses collect payments across diverse customer relationships, payment methods, and markets, while adapting intelligently when collection does not go as planned. What you'll do As the engineering manager for Billing Collections, you’ll own the operational and technical direction of the platforms that help Stripe users collect revenue reliably. You’ll lead the team that builds flexible, intelligent collection experiences that improve payment success, support customers through changing circumstances, and help businesses reduce unpaid balances and accelerate cash flow. You’ll shape the team as it expands to support increasingly sophisticated business models and global payment needs while working backwards from internal and external customers.
