Senior Business Analyst

Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Hyderabad Mode: Work from Office Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Role Overview: Quiktrak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who will play a critical role in liaison between clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of database technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams to manage requirements and change requests. • Own complex assignments involving data analysis to derive clear, actionable requirements. • Draft detailed requirements, use cases, and workflows documentation; ensure timely stakeholder reviews and signoffs. • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. • Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help achieve quality and timeline targets. • Continuously strive for process improvements and maintain high standards of documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Technical Knowledge: • Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of database technologies. • Must be able to leverage AI in analysis and documentation. • Analytical & Critical Thinking: • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data-driven assignments. • Documentation & Diagramming: • Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) for documenting workflows and requirements. • Communication: • Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ownership & Leadership: • Courage to take ownership of challenging tasks and drive them to completion. • Stakeholder Management: • Ability to manage reviews, obtain signoffs, and ensure alignment across teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Agile or similar methodologies. • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. • Prior experience in client-facing roles. Soft Skills Required: • Fluency in English to interact effectively with US-based clients is a must. • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills • Consultative approach during internal and external discussions. • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to impress customers and prospects with functional knowledge and understanding of their business. • Ability to work effectively with offshore teams – have necessary patience and understanding of cultural differences.
