Technical Business Analyst – PEGA

Auckland CBD location Tō kamupene hou | Your new company Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong PEGA experience to join a major transformation programme. The project is focused on enhancing customer onboarding and lifecycle processes and is expected to commence in October. This is initially a 6-month contract, however the programme is expected to extend beyond this timeframe due to the complexity and scale of the work. Tō tūranga hou | Your new role • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to gather and document requirements. • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for PEGA development teams. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions. • Analyse current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Create user stories, process maps, business rules, and acceptance criteria. • Participate in testing activities, including UAT planning and defect resolution. • Collaborate with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
