We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate our engineering teams by integrating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence into our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

In this role, you will be the resident AI expert, responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI tools, scripts, and custom harnesses to improve developer productivity.

You will evaluate different Large Language Models (LLMs) based on their strengths and weaknesses, build custom chatbots, and implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly connect our internal data with AI assistants.

The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about AI—using it extensively in their personal and professional life—and possesses the scripting expertise necessary to build robust integrations and monitor AI usage across the organization.

Requirements

Required Tech: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how to augment it with AI. Deep architectural understanding of different AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source), including their specific strengths, weaknesses, and context window limitations.
