Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Operations Analyst to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI agent solutions across the enterprise. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, using platforms like BotDojo to create automated workflows and conversation flows.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI agents—from initial requirements gathering and prompt engineering to system integration, performance monitoring, and user training.

The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of conversational AI with intermediate scripting skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards for data privacy and operational efficiency.
