Senior Field Marketing Manager (German- Speaking)

Diligent is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager (German-speaking) to join our Field Marketing department. This is a role for someone who thrives on partnering with Sales, engaging target accounts, and turning marketing activity into measurable revenue impact. As Senior Field Marketing Manager , DACH, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline acceleration and bookings across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll focus on moving engaged accounts and existing pipeline through the funnel, creating opportunities for Sales through targeted ABX motions, strategic events, and opportunity-acceleration programs. Working closely with DACH Sales leadership, SDR/BDR, and central Demand Generation teams, you’ll combine strong sales partnership with hands-on execution and data-driven follow-through to deliver measurable results This role is based in Munich and operates on a hybrid model, with 50% office-based work required.
