We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who wants genuine ownership of a brand and the opportunity to influence business growth. You won't be managing one marketing channel. You'll own the entire marketing function. From strategy through to execution you'll lead: • Brand development and positioning • Digital marketing and social media • Events and community engagement • PR and communications • Sales collateral and lead generation • Agency management • Marketing analytics and ROI • Village branding across multiple premium communities You'll work alongside experienced sales and village management teams to create campaigns that genuinely influence enquiries, resident engagement and community growth.
