: - Develop and implement effective rooftop solar sales strategies in line with company objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors. - Ensure the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site assessment coordination, proposal development, customer negotiations, and deal closure. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of installations. - Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. - Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity. - Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales executives or channel partners as needed. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
