Job Description

Responsibilities : - Define and implement standardized processes (such as Agile) across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery. - Work closely with stakeholders across development centers to harmonize processes and establish consistent practices throughout the organization. - Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities, and risks for internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders. - Track organizational metrics and monitor progress against defined goals, ensuring alignment with Organization objectives and timely achievement of the targets. - Engage with the technical and product teams to prioritize tasks by understanding healthcare-specific requirements, regulatory constraints, and interoperability standards. - Manage project documentation including compliance artifacts, risk assessments, and audit trails, report on project status, backlog, and resource utilization. - Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly, especially those impacting patient data security or clinical workflows. - Implement, measure, and report on various KPIs and maintain dashboards for the stakeholders. - Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology and healthcare compliance standards. Qualifications Required : - Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT/software development projects in healthcare domain. - Proven track record leading agile teams and delivering healthcare technology solutions (EHR systems, clinical applications) on time and within budget. - Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). - Strong technical background to understand the teams' needs and ability to communicate with stakeholders. - Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and creating detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Preferred : - PMP or PMI certification. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM). - Familiarity Revenue Cycle Management processes.
