Job Description

Steelwrist is looking for a Territory To cover Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Position Summary The Steelwrist Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, dealer development, and customer engagement within an assigned territory.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with equipment dealers, contractors, rental companies, and end users while promoting the Steelwrist product portfolio, including tiltrotators, quick couplers, work tools, and related attachment solutions.

The Territory Manager acts as the primary point of contact for regional sales activity and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting dealer success, increasing market share, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealers, contractors, municipalities, and rental companies.

Promote the full Steelwrist product portfolio through demonstrations, presentations, and customer visits. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the territory.

Dealer & Customer Support Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers. Support dealer sales teams through product training, ride-alongs, and technical guidance. Assist dealers with quoting, product selection, and application recommendations.

Coordinate and support product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer events. Ensure customers receive timely communication and high-quality service. Territory Management Manage assigned territory travel schedule efficiently to maximize customer engagement.
