As the product and market keep expanding, this role sits right at the center of how that growth story gets told. About the Role Netchex is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help connect our product and the market. You'll work closely with senior marketing and product stakeholders to learn our product deeply and turn HCM/payroll capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions, and help make sure that message reaches customers and prospects through the right systems, channels, and live experiences. This role is best suited to someone who is curious about product functionality, enjoys writing sharp positioning, and is comfortable getting hands-on inside marketing tools to help campaigns run. We're looking for an AI-first operator, someone who instinctively reaches for AI tools to move faster, whether that's research, content drafting, data analysis, or connecting marketing tools. What You'll Do Product & Market Understanding • Build strong working knowledge of Netchex's product suite (HR, payroll, benefits, and related HCM modules) to communicate confidently to both technical and business audiences • Translate product features into customer-facing value: benefits, use cases, and competitive differentiation • Work with Product Management to stay ahead of the roadmap and help translate upcoming releases into go-to-market content Go-to-Market Execution • Support positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new products, features, and updates • Create sales enablement content such as battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs that helps sales and CS teams sell and support with confidence • Develop customer-facing content: web copy, case studies, comparison guides, email campaigns, and presentations Customer Communication & Lifecycle Execution • Own the cadence of recurring customer communications such as release notes, customer newsletter, email drips, and campaign promotion. • Partner with our product team to handle communication needs for launches, betas, and partner/company announcements, triaging and prioritizing incoming requests • Execute hands-on inside HubSpot, Userflow, and related tools to ship these reliably and on schedule • Create supporting visual assets like one-pagers, flyers, simple videos to make communications land better. AI-First Operating Style • Use AI tools proactively across the role for competitive research, content drafting, data synthesis, workflow automation, etc. to move faster and produce higher-quality work • Look for opportunities to bring AI-assisted efficiency into existing marketing/product marketing processes What We're Looking For • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, or a closely related role (product management, marketing ops, sales enablement) with some product marketing exposure • Self-starter who can organize their work, prioritize independently, see projects through to completion, and unblock themselves by reaching out to the right people or asking questions • Ability to translate technical/product detail into clear, market-facing messaging • Hands-on experience in marketing/lifecycle tools (e.g., HubSpot, CRM platforms, in-app messaging tools like Userflow), comfort managing recurring campaigns and multiple concurrent requests • Comfortable presenting live for webinars, demos, or customer-facing sessions • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to flex tone across sales, customer, and internal audiences • Basic visual/design skills; comfortable creating one-pagers, flyers, or simple videos using Canva or AI design tools. • Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools as part of daily workflow • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience Nice to Have • Experience with tools such as Claude, Canva, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Userflow, etc. • Experience in HCM, payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or B2B software is a plus
