Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager based in Canada. This is a remote channel marketing opportunity focused on accelerating growth through strategic partner relationships across North America. You’ll own marketing outcomes for a portfolio of high-priority partners and translate regional goals into impactful joint programs. The role combines partner engagement, demand generation, campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with sales, field marketing, product, and partner teams to generate measurable pipeline and acquire new customers. Data, CRM platforms, and AI-powered tools will help you improve efficiency, understand performance, and maximize marketing ROI. As an individual contributor, you’ll have significant ownership while influencing stakeholders and partners through strong collaboration and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a channel marketer looking to grow within a dynamic, innovation-focused cybersecurity environment. Accountabilities • Own partner marketing outcomes for a focused portfolio of priority partners across commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments in North America. • Develop and execute partner demand-generation and go-to-market programs aligned with channel sales and regional marketing objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners through consistent engagement, enablement, and high-quality program execution. • Collaborate closely with channel sales, partner managers, field marketing, and product teams to create and deliver joint marketing plans. • Focus programs on measurable partner-sourced pipeline, net-new customer acquisition, partner engagement, and overall growth. • Manage partner marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF), using performance data and partner insights to maximize ROI. • Analyze campaign and partner performance through CRM and marketing platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize programs and improve conversion. • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline workflows, generate insights, and scale marketing execution without compromising quality. • Identify opportunities to adapt established marketing frameworks, test new approaches, and pilot innovative partner programs. • Travel approximately 15–20% to support partner engagement and marketing initiatives. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a closely related field, with hands-on experience supporting partner-led or co-marketing programs. • Experience designing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline generation and partner growth. • Experience working with national, strategic, or high-growth partners is a strong advantage. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders effectively. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to achieve shared commercial objectives. • Comfortable using CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Asana to evaluate partner performance and MDF ROI. • Experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, generate insights, and enhance program execution. • Clear and practical communication skills, with the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders and turn strategy into actionable plans. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use pipeline, conversion, and performance data to guide marketing decisions. • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in cybersecurity, AI-enabled security solutions, and emerging technologies. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Ability to work remotely and legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship. Benefits • Remote-first working model. • Competitive compensation; the published U.S. base salary range for the role is $95,000–$158,000 , with actual compensation varying by location, experience, skills, education, certifications, and other factors. • Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package. • Flexible remote working environment designed to support employee wellbeing and productivity. • Employee-led diversity and inclusion networks that foster community, education, and advocacy. • Annual charity, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer opportunities. • Global sustainability initiatives supporting environmental responsibility. • Fitness and trivia competitions promoting employee connection and wellbeing. • Global wellbeing days to encourage employees to recharge. • Monthly wellbeing webinars and training focused on health and wellbeing. • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development in cybersecurity and channel marketing.
