- HR & PORTFOLIO TALENT ADVISORY
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 6 - 15+ Years
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
A leading asset management and investment firm operating across public markets and private investments is looking for an experienced HR professional. The organisation works closely with high-growth businesses and early-stage, technology-focused portfolio companies.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage the organisation's internal HR function while supporting the talent and workforce requirements of its portfolio companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal HR - 70%:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Drive and streamline end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Partner with the leadership team on workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, engagement, HR policies and HRMS.
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards and recruitment analytics.
- Support performance management and employee-relations initiatives.
Portfolio Company Advisory - 30%:
- Work with portfolio companies to understand their workforce and talent requirements.
- Identify gaps in organisational structure, skills and manpower.
- Advise founders and leadership teams on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Assist with job descriptions, candidate sourcing and hiring for critical positions.
- Support portfolio companies in developing efficient recruitment and essential HR processes.
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks and hiring trends.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 6 - 15+ years of experience in HR, HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong business understanding and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with startups, venture capital, private equity, asset management or financial-services organisations will be an advantage.
