Business Manager/Senior Business Manager - Engineering Services

Role & responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business. - Industry understanding: Sales and Account Management experience in Engineering Services and Technical Services with experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Lifesciences and Industrial Manufacturing in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Embedded or in Digital services. - Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Drive revenue targets through pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular tracking of conversions and closures. - Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients or consultants, recruitment team, and cross-functional commercial actions. Preferred candidate profile: - Candidate must belong to engineering services / solution based organization. - Product sales candidate will not be considered. - Must be good at hunting and farming.
