Kiro is an agentic AI from AWS that turns prompts into structured requirements, designs, and sequenced tasks, - 7+ years of design experience - A portfolio that demonstrates deep audience understanding and early-stage design thinking: concept models, ecosystem maps, user stories, experience frameworks, and how you translate research into design strategy, not just polished final UI - Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows across multiple platforms or surfaces, with strong information architecture and interaction design skills - Experience designing for products where AI acts with meaningful autonomy, not just chatbot UI, but systems that plan, execute, and verify work on behalf of users - Proficiency with multiple prototyping tools and methods, with the judgment to choose the right fidelity and approach for the situation
