Civil Engineer - EI - Land Development

We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer – Land Development (EI/EIT) Maitland, FL We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Engineer with Land Development experience who holds an Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certification to join our growing team in Maitland, Florida . As a Site Civil Land Development Engineer , you’ll work on a diverse mix of projects—including Residential, Multi-Family, Commercial, and Industrial developments —and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on larger, impactful projects. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the design and drafting of site civil engineering plans • Design and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilities • Prepare engineering calculations for: • Site grading • Stormwater management systems • Water and wastewater utilities • Roadway design • Translate engineering designs and calculations into construction drawings • Maintain client communications and help build strong client relationships • Gain hands-on experience aligned with Professional Engineer (PE) licensure requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required) • 3–5 years of land development or related experience preferred • EI/EIT certification required • Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus) • Understanding of land development planning preferred • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Interested?
