Salary: 95-125k Hybrid- Two days working from home Paid Overtime Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering EIT certification required; PE license preferred 10+ years of experience in site development and utility design Proven leadership skills with prior management experience preferred Expertise in all phases of engineering and construction Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM collaboration tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detailed orienting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask effectively and organize project workflows Nice to Have Skills: Experience designing rail access or yard track layouts Familiarity with permit application processes and agency coordination Experience with survey coordination and interpretation Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for project management Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree a plus Active and current AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM software use Extensive background managing complex infrastructure projects Other Requirements: Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including Owners, Contractors, and Agencies Willingness to lead field activities and mentor team members Professional registration or licensing in relevant juris
