Social Marketing Manager

• Act as subject matter expert for our social and YouTube paid media campaigns • Support Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in their partnership with the Marketing Team to understand underlying business objectives and set media KPIs • Contribute to brainstorming and cross-department planning • Help develop and execute digital marketing plans for paid social platforms and YouTube • Present plans (when applicable) to internal constituents and the Marketing Team • Manage timelines for planning and coordinate with Marketing, Project Management, Creative, In-House Social Content Team and PR for asset delivery • Communicate any needs with Ad Ops or other specialists (for tagging, optimization set up) • Ensure best practices when building and testing campaigns and assist with analyzing and reporting results • Optimize campaigns and test strategies to drive performance and learnings • Track all spending and validate media partner invoices • Problem solve with our media vendor platforms • Keep the team abreast of changes to social platform offerings and functionality, with a strong eye to how they impact paid/amplification opportunities • Proactively research the latest digital trends that affect digital marketing, attend industry seminars • Actively contribute to the development of the agency's culture and standards of quality
