IT Business Analyst - AI & Enterprise System

Company Overview Our client is a large and well-established organisation investing heavily in technology, data and AI-driven transformation. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, they are modernising business processes, enterprise applications and collaboration platforms to support future growth. Role Overview We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a collaborative technology team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide improvement initiatives. This 12-month contract opportunity sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and support the successful implementation of new systems, AI-enabled solutions and process improvements. Key Responsibilities • Lead business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation • Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams • Support AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation • Work closely with delivery teams during solution design, testing and deployment • Support data, reporting and process improvement initiatives • Contribute to service management and continuous improvement activities • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful solution outcomes Skills & Experience • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments • Demonstrated experience supporting AI, automation, digital or technology transformation programs • Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements • Experience working across enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Finance, Procurement or Data platforms • Sound understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management practices • Strong exposure to Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies What's on Offer • Opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide AI and technology initiatives • High-profile transformation programs with strong business visibility • Flexible working arrangements If you're a Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical technology solutions and wants to be part of a forward-thinking transformation journey, we'd love to hear from you.
