Business Analyst with AI

Location: Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent Work Rights: Australian Citizens & Permanent Residents only (No Sponsorship) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Product Ownership experience to support the delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and deliver AI-enabled solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders. • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Prioritise and manage the product backlog. • Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, and development teams. • Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, and solution delivery. • Drive continuous improvement and product enhancements. Required Skills • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst. • Experience delivering AI, Digital Transformation, or Data projects. • Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile environments. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum. • Exposure to Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or similar AI technologies is highly desirable. Preferred • Experience with AI governance or data-driven projects. • Relevant Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PSPO, CSPO).
