Business Analyst

Aspiring Talent is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its PMO and support a diverse portfolio of initiatives and programs of work. This is a hands-on BA role suited to someone who can quickly understand business needs, engage stakeholders and bring structure and clarity across multiple concurrent priorities. The Role Working within the PMO, you will support projects and initiatives through: • Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation • Business process mapping and process improvement • Functional and non-functional requirements definition • Current and future-state process analysis • Identification of business improvement and automation opportunities • Options and feasibility analysis • Translating complex information into clear business requirements and insights • Engaging stakeholders across business and technical teams • Supporting multiple initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines About You You will be an experienced Business Analyst with: • Strong requirements gathering and management capability • Demonstrated business process mapping experience • Experience working across complex projects or programs • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills • The ability to analyse complex problems and provide practical recommendations • Excellent communication and documentation skills • The ability to work autonomously within a fast-moving PMO environment Experience supporting complex corporate systems, business transformation or technology-enabled change will be highly regarded.
