We’ve built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hand), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailbox or on their cars), Direct Mail (in people’s mailbox via national post service). We operate in 10 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, MealPal, DiDi, Deliveroo and many others. **About the Role**: We are seeking an organized and proactive Onsite Marketing Project Manager Assistant to lead a event marketing campaign for one of our clients in Sao Paulo. This is a short-term project lasting 6 to 8 weeks, requiring hands-on coordination and onsite presence in different areas of Sao Paulo. The campaign involves distributing free books door-to-door in different residential areas of the city. Please note this is a 6 to 8-week position, with the possibility of extension (2 more weeks). **Start date**: **Key Responsibilities**: Conduct onsite distribution Monday through Friday across different areas of Sao Paulo (2 x 3-hour shifts per day, with a 1-hour lunch break between shifts). Ensure smooth communication and project alignment with the City Manager Manage and distribute materials for all onsite activations throughout the campaign. Assist the Campaign Manager in the overall planning and execution of the campaign. Ensure good standing of the operation throughout the entire length of the campaign **How to Apply**: **Requirements**: Some marketing experience or in related fields. (1 to 2 years) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint). Must hold a valid driving license with no offenses on record. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines This is a heavy physical role, so must be able to stand, walk, and move heavy materials for hours. **Additional Information**: English is appreciated **Benefits**: Pay = R$3,000/month BRL Bonus = up to $1,000 BRL per week, paid weekly Total Monthly pay = R$7,000 BRL
