To manage full-cycle, in-house recruitment. The recruiter will be based in Mexico City and responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles. • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.) • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely staffing solutions • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth and professional experience • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • 3–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or corporate) • Competency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent platforms • Basic MS Office skills are required • Experience recruiting for global or US-based clients • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
