Project Manager - High Rise Project (Relocate to Adelaide)

Currently they are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Adelaide operations to join the business on a permanent basis. This role will require relocating to Adelaide for a permanent opportunity. YOUR NEXT ROLE: This is a key leadership position , overseeing a landmark $70M+ multilevel residential high-rise project. You’ll be the most senior project resource on site, responsible for delivering the build to the highest standard of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading the project team and driving program delivery. • Arranging labour, materials, and resources effectively. • Managing subcontractor performance and relationships. • Reviewing site reports, designs, and drawings. • Monitoring progress against budgets and timelines. • Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld. • Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, consultants, and internal teams. You’ll be degree-qualified with significant commercial construction experience and a strong track record managing projects valued $20M+ in Australia.
