As a Customer Acceleration Product Adoption Manager, you will serve as the product owner for Okta’s suite of customer education offerings, while contributing to the broader Customer Acceleration post-sales portfolio, including success packages and related offerings. You will bring product thinking and customer centricity to how we design, improve, and grow our education products, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Content, Field Sales, and Customer First to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and drive long-term adoption, retention, and growth. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Own the education subscription product roadmap: Serve as the product owner for Okta's education subscription, managing the backlog, defining requirements, and prioritizing improvements based on customer needs, business goals, and data insights. Develop a working knowledge of the public learning catalog and how it intersects with the subscription experience to inform roadmap decisions and ensure a seamless customer journey.
