Staff Product Marketing Manager, Identity Security Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, this role is a critical lead in Okta’s security journey. We are looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager who will help tell Okta’s security story in a compelling, cohesive, and relevant way. Your goal is to elevate Okta’s foundational access technologies from a utility to a strategic security imperative, evangelizing the need for identity-centric security in an AI-driven threat landscape. The ideal candidate will be a unique blend of technologist and business strategist—someone who can dive deep into technical architecture while crafting portfolio-level value propositions that resonate with both CISOs and practitioners. Beyond strategy and content, you must be a self-motivated, execution-oriented individual who stays focused on delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing Identity Security GTM Strategy: Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Okta’s foundational access and authentication platform. You will define how core authentication, adaptive policy, and recovery flows serve as the first line of defense against modern identity-based attacks. Technical Evangelism & Demos: Move beyond high-level messaging to create "show-not-tell" technical content
