About The Role As the Professional Services PMO Manager, you will lead Myriad360 's Project Management Office and oversee the successful delivery of customer projects across multiple technology practices, including Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud, Collaboration, Field Services, Managed Services, and emerging technologies.

Reporting to Professional Services Leadership, you will manage a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators while establishing project governance, delivery standards, resource management strategies, and operational best practices.

Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered consistently, profitably, and with an exceptional customer experience.

This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, project profitability, delivery consistency, operational excellence, and the continued growth of Myriad360 's Professional Services organization.
