Job Description
The Senior Manager, JP & Australia SMB Marketing leads the regional marketing team for Amazon Ads' Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment across Japan and Australia.
This leader must be fluent in Japanese - 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience managing teams - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - Native/fluent Japanese with business-functional English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
