And you can expect to learn, have fun, and make lifelong connections along the way. **What Would You Be Doing**: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. - Manage the HR team by providing guidance, reviewing performance and setting expectations. - Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement. - Manage all HR-related documentation in the hiring process. - Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and securely stored. - Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and address any concerns. - Coordinate with department heads to manage leave requests and ensure adequate staffing. - Enforce a clear code of conduct tailored to the company environment. - Handle any violations professionally, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies. - Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. - Generate comprehensive reports on HR performance. - Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. - Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization. - Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. - In addition, any other tasks as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the employee’s area of expertise. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on HR operations. - Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. - Proven experience managing HR systems and tools, including hands-on experience with HR system implementation. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate and guide a team. - Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives is an advantage. - Fluent in English (written and verbal); Turkish languages is a plus. **What We Give You in Return**: - We offer an advantageous start net salary - A detailed company training on highest standards - A chance to work in friendly and supportive culture - Tremendous growth opportunities in a large fast moving international company. - Grow with ARRISE | Learning Hub—personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertips.
