Here are the details on this position Your role in our mission Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data Be a productive member of the team Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations Time management, attendance and punctuality Data entry What we're looking for Experience working in a metric driven environment Experience using multiple monitors and systems Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically Experience Meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent What you should expect in this role This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment.
